Pet Policy

We love and welcome pets. Please feel free to connect with our incredible PSCo Philly team member to discuss in depth. Requirements: Pet Registration: All pets residing in the apartment community must be registered with the management office prior to move-in or acquiring the pet. Registration requires a completed pet application form, proof of current vaccinations, and a photo of the pet. Pet Limit: A maximum of 2 pets is permitted per apartment. Pet Fees and Rent: A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet will be charged. Service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are exempt from these fees.
